Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us with an order ID. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in cases of:

• Stock unavailability after order placement
• Pricing errors on the website
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment or delivery address

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Returns Policy.

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

Payment Security

All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through certified payment gateways. We do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is subject to additional verification for large orders.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and code — is the property of Hamdan Store or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
