Orders
How do I place an order?

Browse our products, click "Add to Cart", then proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — but only within 2 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can return after delivery.

Will I get a confirmation after ordering?

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to your registered address with your order ID, items list, and total amount. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I order multiple items in one order?

Absolutely! Add as many items to your cart as you like. All items in one order ship together, and orders over $50 qualify for free shipping regardless of item count.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 days for major cities. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on your country.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $50 get free standard shipping nationwide. The shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. Visit our Track My Order page and enter your order ID to see real-time updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Canada, and the USA. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 7–14 business days internationally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa & Mastercard (credit/debit)
  • PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations

All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

COD is available for most cities in Pakistan. During checkout, if your area is eligible, COD will appear as an option. Remote areas may be limited to online payment only.

Is my payment information safe?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your products 100% original?

Yes, guaranteed. Every product is sourced directly from official brand distributors. No grey-market, replica, or refurbished items. All products come with manufacturer warranty where applicable.

Do products come with warranty?

Most products include 6–12 months manufacturer warranty. The warranty period is listed on each product page. Our support team helps coordinate warranty claims on your behalf.
